To bring you the best prices and unique products, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 25 business days.

4. Shipping Rates

5. Tracking Your Order

To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

QIRBIT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at qirbithub@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to help us process your claim.

9. Delivery Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. QIRBIT is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
